Data deletion instructions
Disconnect Meta Pages
- Sign in to the Klaps Atlas workspace that connected the Meta account.
- Open Settings and find Meta Pages.
- Select Disconnect Meta Pages and confirm.
This revokes the workspace's stored Meta connection and deletes its encrypted access token. Any workspace records created separately by a member remain subject to that workspace's own retention decisions.
Remove the app from Facebook
You can also remove Social Content Connect from Facebook's Apps and Websites settings. Removing it prevents future access. If you still have access to the Klaps Atlas workspace, also disconnect it there so the workspace record is updated immediately.
Request help
If you cannot access the workspace that connected your account, ask that workspace's administrator to disconnect the integration, or email kaiseo1022@gmail.com with the Meta account you used to connect. We will add a dedicated deletion-request channel before enabling live ingestion beyond the initial managed-Page pilot.
